Party Bugs edible mealworms for humans are party snacks. Still, they also contain a lot of protein, zinc, magnesium, iron, and B12. Furthermore, the natural omega 3 and omega 6 fats in mealworms are in fish-like proportions. In addition to that, chitin as fiber calms down intestinal inflammation. Finally, Party Bugs are not made from deep-fried mealworms. Instead, we use dry roasted mealworms baked in an oven where the Maillard reaction gives our mealworms delicious flavor. With dry roasting, we can avoid using trans fats common in traditional snacks.
